Automation, Motion, Automotive and Motivation are the key words that led to the origin of Automotiva.
The creation of the company is the result of the idea developed by the owners after years of experience in global markets, oriented towards engineering development and project management.
Located in Merate (LC), Automotiva operates as a development partner with its own targeted and patented creation of peripheral products for Arc Welding , with the addition of innovative products through a customer-oriented approach.
The knowledge of the market , the engineering skills, the problem solving and an after-sales with an international background, allow the new reality to be a reliable supplier also for tailor-made creations. Automotiva does not stop at the simple supply of a component, but develops turnkey solutions through its partnerships to facilitate the end-user.

Dedicated product portfolio of peripheral products for Arc Welding such as torch cleaners and the "Automatica" multifunction system, manufactured internally in all its phases: from engineering to production, from assembly to diffusion on the international market.
Automatica represents the innovation thanks to the possibility of automating the process of changing the wire guide to optimize the productivity of the line, increasing the level of safety and repeatability of the operation.

ARC WELDING AUTOMATION
Automotiva 's proposal meets the wishes of the reference market by creating a portfolio of peripheral products for Arc Welding which includes the revolutionary "Automatica" concept:
an all-in-one multifunction system capable of cleaning both the gas nozzle and the wire guide, cutting the welding wire and automatically changing the wire guide itself, up to 10 operations without external operator intervention.
MARKING AND TRACEABILITY
The Telesis product plus joins the engineering efficiency of Automotiva in Italy to offer turnkey and tailor-made solutions for customers, offering continuous support in all phases: study, design, testing, integration and commissioning, assistance after-sales.
The complete range includes dot peen, scratch and laser markers for every type of application, reference sector and for any material to be marked.
MAGNETIC TECHNOLOGY
Pick & Place, lifting, Bin Picking, parts handling and process automation applications through the use of magnets that can increase the degree of safety, productivity, efficiency and speed in various industries.
